• The competitor’s price must include all applicable shipping and handling charges.

3. Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Clearance, closeout, refurbished, or open-box items.
• Prices from auction sites, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay), or membership-based retailers.
• Items sold as part of a bundle, special promotion, or loyalty program.
• Competitor pricing due to errors, misprints, or limited-time flash sales.
• Products with financing, rebates, coupons, or special discounts.

4. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match:

   • A link or screenshot of the competitor’s lower price.
   • The exact product details (brand, model, specifications, etc.).
2. Our team will verify the details and confirm eligibility within 1-2 business days.
3. If approved, we will match the price or refund the difference (for post-purchase requests).

5. Price Adjustment for Existing Orders

If you find a lower price within 7 days after purchasing from us, contact our support team, and we will issue a refund for the difference if eligible.
